Scope of These Terms
These terms govern your use of the DDive website, waitlist, demo requests, and any pilot, beta, or pre-release access DDive makes available, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
If you use DDive on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.
Using DDive
- You must use DDive only for lawful business purposes and in a way that does not misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the website or service.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date.
- You must keep login credentials confidential and limit access to authorised users only.
- You must follow any documentation, onboarding requirements, and reasonable security instructions DDive provides.
- You must not attempt to reverse engineer, probe, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to DDive except where applicable law prevents that restriction.
Connected Services and Data
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to connect bank feeds, accounting platforms, documents, and other data sources to DDive, and to instruct DDive to process that data on your organisation's behalf.
Third-party integrations and open banking providers may have their own terms, policies, and service levels. DDive is not responsible for third-party services you choose to connect or rely on.
AI Outputs and User Responsibility
Assistance, not professional advice
DDive automates classification, reconciliation, document generation, and related workflows, but it does not provide legal, tax, audit, or investment advice.
You remain responsible for review
Your organisation remains responsible for reviewing outputs, approving filings, validating tax positions, and deciding whether to rely on any DDive-generated result.
Early-access features may change
Pilot and beta features may change, be limited, or be withdrawn while DDive continues to develop the product.
Intellectual Property
DDive and its software, models, content, design, branding, and documentation remain the property of DDive or its licensors. Subject to these terms, DDive grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the service for your internal business purposes.
You retain ownership of the data you or your organisation provide. You grant DDive the rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that data solely to provide and improve DDive in line with these terms and any separate written agreement.
Availability and Changes
DDive may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website or service from time to time. Where practical, DDive will try to give reasonable notice of material changes, especially for active pilot or customer accounts.
The website and any free or pre-release access are provided on an as-available basis. DDive does not guarantee that the website or service will always be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, complete, or free from bugs.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DDive is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, anticipated savings, or corrupted data arising from your use of the website or any free or pre-release access. If a separate written customer agreement applies, that agreement will govern liability for the relevant service.
Suspension and Termination
DDive may suspend or end access if DDive reasonably believes these terms have been breached, security is at risk, the service is being used unlawfully, or continued access could harm DDive, other users, or third parties.
You may stop using DDive at any time. Any provisions that should continue after termination by their nature will remain in effect.
Changes to These Terms
DDive may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the current version and will apply from the date it is posted, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms or your use of DDive.
